Dr. Todd Strubbe is a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist at the Animal Eye Specialty Clinic in Stuart, Florida. He graduated fourth in his class from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995, after which he completed a one-year internship at the University of Tennessee followed by a four-year residency in veterinary ophthalmology at the University of Florida. He has been practicing at the Animal Eye Specialty Clinic since March of 2000, where he enjoys taking care of dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, rodents, birds, reptiles and pretty much any other animal that can fit through the front door. He was even featured performing surgery on an owl eye in episode 251 of Jack Hannah's Animal Adventure's. When not caring for his patients or reading up on new treatments and techniques, he enjoys writing fiction and spending time with his family, including his wife, Gena, and his daughters, Sarah, Hayley, Alyssa and Skylar.
